Jasmine Green
Jasmine Green, along with her husband Hayden and their sons, operates Summit Livestock in the Southern Tablelands of NSW, specialising in registered Limousin, Angus, and Simmental cattle. They sell livestock and frozen genetics through various sales channels across Australia.
Jasmine grew up on a commercial Angus operation and was active in the Angus Youth program. She holds a Bachelor of Livestock Science (Hons.) from UNE and has worked for Teys Australia in livestock procurement and research development for the past decade. In 2012, she was named The Land Sydney Royal Showgirl and recently participated in the GenAngus Future Leaders Program.
Summit Livestock is a regular exhibitor, earning accolades such as Supreme Angus Exhibit at Canberra Royal 2024 and Supreme Limousin Exhibit at Melbourne Royal 2022. Jasmine has additionally judged at several Royal Shows including Canberra, Adelaide, Perth, Sydney and Melbourne Royal Shows.
Tom Wilding-Davies
Tom Wilding-Davies has been immersed in the beef industry his entire life. His family operates a reproductive business and a registered Red Angus herd in Holbrook. Tom was active in junior Angus programs and received the 2010 Semex Michigan State University Scholarship from Angus Australia.
Tom has worked in various parts of the supply chain in Australia and North America. He served as the state livestock manager for Woolworths Ltd, managing beef supply in Western Australia and Queensland. In 2023, he founded Premium Livestock Solutions, a brokerage and marketing company that serves clients across Australia with breeding stock, backgrounding stock, feeders, and finished cattle.
