Judging of the Melbourne Royal Australian Food Awards Dairy category is nearly upon us, with our judges soon to take over the Port Phillip Room at the Melbourne Showgrounds on August 29 - 30 to deliberate on the category winners as well as the Champion Dairy products of this year’s competition.
The Dairy category is open to commercial food producers of all sizes, from boutique small volume to large-scale commercial production, and provides producers from around the country with an essential benchmarking opportunity.
What will happen over the two-day judging period?
- 207 entries will be sampled from 33 exhibitors.
- Nine judges will adjudicate entries across three panels.
- Six stewards will support with the judging process.
