Lady's Membership Badge 1955
Harold Thomas Popple was a lifelong member of the RASV. Having joined in 1932 he continued his membership until 2010 – 78 years in total. Harold passed away in 2010 at the age of 103. A few years ago his daughter donated his entire collection of RASV Membership badges to the Heritage Collection – over 100 members/guest and ladies badges. They had been diligently stored by Harold in envelopes each containing a decade of badges (1930s-2010) and each envelope inscribed with details of every badge.
