All exhibits will be made available for tasting in the morning prior to the Trophy Presentation Luncheon, allowing guests the freedom to sample and explore their industry peers’ products. The interim results will be published in the Exhibitor & Trade Tasting catalogue, with the Trophy winners announced after the tasting at the Presentation Luncheon in Victoria Pavilion, Melbourne Showgrounds from 12pm. Entry is free for this invitation only event, however, registration is required and tickets are limited.
