Meet Andrew Spierings

Andrew Spierings hails from his family’s 100 acre beef cattle farm in Nar Nar Goon, Victoria, and attended his first local agricultural show at the ripe old age of three weeks

Having completed his Bachelor of Commerce/Bachelor of Laws (Honours) in 2018, Andrew is a lawyer at Melbourne firm Arnold Bloch Leibler, specialising in taxation and commercial matters.

A passionate young leader and cattle exhibitor, Andrew holds positions on several agricultural committees including the president and chief cattle steward of the Bunyip & District Agricultural Society Inc. He’s driven in supporting younger members as they head various sections and take on committee positions.

Andrew is also the chair of the Berwick and District Agricultural & Horticultural Society, the largest show in its region. He’s a familiar face in the cattle competition at the Royal Melbourne Show where he has been a steward since 2015.
