Founded by Alberto Borghi, the company has quickly made a name for itself, winning two medals at the Melbourne Royal Australian Food Awards -- Gold for Unsalted Butter and Bronze for Salted Butter.

Among the exceptional winners, Inglenook Dairy from Dunnstown, Victoria, stood out once again, taking home the Champion Milk Trophy for their Low Fat Homogenised.
